Don’t leave your guests wondering!

Whatever charging option you provide, here are our recommendations to let them know:

1. Be clear about the type of charger, speed, cost and if guests need to supply their own charging cords a Eg “We offer an EV charger that is a type 2 level 2, charger for free, guests will need to supply their own charging cords.” 

2. Add photos: photo 1, a close-up of the charger box/product; photo 2, a charger connection, e.g., a 3-pin plug or cord; and photo 3, a photo of the car spot with the EV charger in sight. Add captions to each photo.

3. Add charging details to the listing page.

4. Add charging details to your confirmation letter.

5. Add charging details to your house manual/guidebook.
