Single use items
A great way to show guests that you care about the environment is to look at the simple touch points in your listing. Single use amenities were once considered a cheap option. These days, with awareness around the waste that is created from these items many consumers are taking steps to reduce the single use items they use. You can also help guests avoid single use items by adding reusable shopping bags, coffee cups and water bottles for use during their stay.

Look at the refill options available to you, eg. at your local bulk food store, ordering online, or at your local supermarket. Find products you are happy to use. Consider having two sets of products, one in the listing and one ready to swap out as needed.

Pop it on the back of the front door so guests see it on their way out for the day!
Add to your House Manual:
Let your guests know that you have posted a reminder for them on the back of the front door to close windows and doors, close window coverings, turn off all lights and turn off all heating and cooling. You may like to add the following:
